ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

• Be at the fieldhouse at 11:25 AM.  
• If you are late, your child will miss the team photo
• There is a soccer tournament at other events this weekend at WSPR - Please give yourself extra time to arrive and park
• We only have a 10 minute slot for photos, so our entire team must be present and lined up 10 minutes early (from Tallest to Shortest with sticks held) 

DRESS

• Arrive fully dressed (No Skates, No Neck Guards, No Helmets required).  There is no room to dress on-site.
• Remove any green tape from sticks as it disappears in the backdro

FORMS

• Bring your form to practice on Saturday, Sep 18
• All players MUST have a form filled out, even if not ordering photos

WHAT YOU GET

• All players automatically receive a Memory Mate individual + team photo, this is paid for by JDFMHA
• Anything else you want must be indicated and paid for with the photo form.
