Requesting Referees

REQUESTING REFEREES:

Booking Officials (all games including exhibition, tiering, placement and league). You must ensure you book referees for all games; provide as much notice as possible - a minimum of 5 days in advance of the game.

To request your referees: Go to the Request Referee Form referees and complete the required fields. You MUST have a game number listed (eg. SB105). NOTE: For U6-U9 games, you are to use the reference number assigned to you by your divisional manager.

Request Referee Form 

1.      All games require a referee request form to be completed. This includes exhibition, league, and playoff games.

2.      Use this link for all game requests http://www.jdfminorhockey.com/form/769

3.      If you don’t have a game number and everything else is confirmed, submit the game request form and once you have the game number from the commissioner, submit it and I will add it to my list.

4.      Please submit all game requests in by 6PM on Sunday for the following week. I understand at the beginning of the year this can be difficult with all the exhibition and placement games. For midweek game please give a minimum of 6 days’ notice.

5.      A confirmation of the scheduled officials and games will be sent out by Thursday or Friday.

6.      Email is the best way to contact me. I work shift work so I’m not always available by phone or text.

7.      If its an emergency and I’m not available, please contact the RIC.

8.      All games must be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the start of the game. If there is less than 24 hours’ notice the team may be charged for the cancellation.
